Oral Liquid Manufacturing Plant is designed for the manufacturing of syrup, liquid oral formulations and other water based pharmaceutical products.
The liquid oral manufacturing plants are ideal tool for the pharmaceutical industries for the production of oral liquid. It is specially designed to take care of two critical factors which directly affects the quality of the liquids.
Oral Liquid Manufacturing Plant comprises of sugar syrup vessel, online sugar syrup pre-filter, manufacturing vessel storage vessel, vacuum system for transfer of sugar and sugar syrup, product piping, control panels and transfer pumps. The construction of the complete system is done in a way that allows for plant to be easily handled by single operator, thus saving on man- power costs. Further, the system also comes with limpet coils for desired heating and cooling support.
The Oral Liquid Manufacturing Plant comprises of sugar syrup vessel, online sugar syrup pre-filter, manufacturing vessel storage vessel, vacuum system for transfer of sugar and sugar syrup, product piping, control panels. The plant offers a complete system that can be a major saver on power and labour. It also has the option of a boiler for steam heating or electrical heating so that the desired temperature is maintained. It has been designed to operate single-handedly and controls all the functions with the help of a PLC control with an HMI touch screen. Its features include coils for heating and cooling with an internal vacuum to facilitate the transfer of sugar direct from the storing area to the sugar syrup vessel. The inline filters ensure accurate filtration and the homogenizers are provided for suspension with recirculation. A transfer pump regulates the transfer of ready products to the filling line with accurate load cells for a weighing system. This comprehensive unit can deliver total efficacy with lowered costs and quicker downtime.

  • This system consists of a closed-circuit manufacturing facility from feeding of Sugar / Water Phase to loading the Liquid
  • Filling Machine.
  • The Sugar and Water, are load with vacuum system or by mechanical system or manually.
  • Sugar syrup and manufacturing vessels are provided with limpet coils for heating and cooling, designed for internal vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar directly from stores to sugar syrup vessel (In bigger size model).
  • Sugar syrup is transferred to manufacturing vessel through online sugar syrup prefilter by vacuum by vacuum or by transfer pump.
  • The product during emulsion formation is recalculated through In-Line Homogenizer or Liquid Transfer Pump. (Optional Facility)
  • The Pump also discharges the product in the Storage Vessel.
  • The Storage Vessel is then taken to the filling area (if it is small capacity) and is connected to again Liquid Transfer
  • The advantage of the bottom propeller agitator over the convectional agitators there are no vibrations of shaft, no coupling in the drive assembly, leading to lower maintenance cost
  • Pump or Storage Vessel remains fixed (In bigger size) & pump transfer the Liquids in the float tank which is connected with filling machine.
  • Entry of all propeller agitations are from bottom through a specially designed mechanical seal face

Shampoo Manufacturing Plant

Shampoos are categorized as viscous liquids that may be clear or opaque with a pearlized look and manufactured at approximately the pH of 5.5. It is known to contain 20- 40 % solids and most of the shampoos have viscosities in the range of 500–1500 centipoises if not all of them. They can be termed as detergents that are uniquely and specially crafted for the washing and cleansing of hair. They come in attractive packages which are very convenient to be used. The properties of a good shampoo include cleansing well, being able to be rinsed off with ease, imparting a flawless gloss to the hair, and minimizing any tangles present in the hair. Importantly a shampoo should not harm the hair structure, scalp, or eyes.

Main Shampoo Manufacturing Vessel
The manufacturing vessels are cylindrical ones that are dish bottomed. The top of the vessel is also dished and welded and has an agitator assembly. A slow agitator is inherent in the assembly system though the contra-rotating or semi contra-rotating agitators are preferred as their usage is preferred by most manufacturers due to the excellent quality of shampoo produced by it. The shampoo manufacturing vessel has a CIP turbo disk on top of the vessel for cleaning purposes. The other components included in it are the Suitable nozzles, manholes, valves that are present on the vessel. Upon client specification and requirement a jacket can also be provided for heating and cooling. They are resistant enough to be subjected to complete vacuum exposure.

Horizontal Plate Type Filter Press

Horizontal Plate Type Filter Press also known as Sparkler Filter Press, It redefines the easy operation process, engineering process with robustness, and compact filtration. This horizontal plate-type filter press is suitable for syrup, chemicals, beverages, oils, and liquid filtration processes. It is a completely leak-proof and enclosed structure. The product that needs to undergo the process of filtration is fed in the shell through a suitable pump working under positive pressure. Here the liquid further flows inside towards the downwards direction through filter plates present inside. It is then guided to the peripheral holes through filter press openings present on sides that enter the plates. With the increasing pressure of the liquid, the foreign particles are held by the Filter media. The clear filtrate is allowed to pass through the formation of the central channel due to pressure cups interlocked to the outlet. The process of filtration continues until the filtrate rate slows down too much due to the cake resistance or either the unit’s cake holding capacity gets exhausted. Thus the clear filtrate is obtained from the bottom while the impurities get retained on the filter. The filter also has a scavenging arrangement that is responsible for getting the liquid completely filtered. The filter is provided with a various number of plates and diameter that helps to achieve the desired area of filtration and cake holding capacity.

Zero Hold up Filter Press is used for achieving clear filtration quality for high value liquids. Meeting GMP & FDA norms, these filter presses can be made available with support of different pumps like Centrifugal, Gear, Lobe and Roto as per the specific process application demands. Further, the cartridge assembly comprises perforated screens, plates, spacers as well as fitter media to provide for optimum process support.
The Zero Hold Up filter press is used for achieving clear filtration quality for high-value liquids. The press has the cake filter aid and solids enclosed which conveniently allows the filtration of toxic, hazardous, and explosive liquids. It has a dome structure that enables quick removal of the cartridge assembly and cleaning of the cake. The plates are flexible enough to be increased as the toxic levels of input increase. It features high due to its substantial flowrate and quality output. Since there is a reverse flow of liquid there is zero hold up in the filter press that helps in the complete filtration of the batch. The filters are most suited for filtration of products in the chemical, distillery, beverage, ink, oil, and other allied industries. It provides a single pass clarity, a uniform distribution of cake on each plate, and the cake can easily be dried by air and nitrogen.
